Viacom Warsaw

Warsaw based office of the media mogul

The Warsaw headquarters of the world media giant Viacom takes a prominent place on the iconic Plac Zbawiciela.

In the design of the interior, the architects put on simplicity, but with an emphasis on details that are most important for the final effect and the feeling of space.

The office space in the interpretation of Mood Works does not pretend anything else, hence visible in most office rooms, the architectural and engineering tissue of the building – open ceilings, visible technical installations, simple, functional lighting.

The materials used are predominantly natural wood, which adds cosiness to the interior; they are complemented by transparent glass partition walls and dark glass, from which original, openwork partitioning was made.

An interesting and bold arrangement was the recycling of office furniture previously used by VIMN, which were reworked and upholstered by local Warsaw craftsmen, gaining a whole new life and character.

In turn, all new furniture comes from Polish producers, which underlines and supports the local character of the office.
